Course Objectives
The main aim of the course is to teach Turkish, and especially reading comprehension and writing skills in Turkish. In the framework of the lesson texts with everyday vocabulary and morphosyntanctic phenomena which correspond to the 'Turkish Language: Morphology - Phonology - Syntax' course are studied; as well as texts in various topics and with a special focus on everyday dialogues and descriptive texts.

scenes of everyday life (events in the present, past and future);

writing a letter, an invitation, an email, messages;

writing a CV;

description of short news from newspapers, TV;

description of an acquaintance, meeting;

description of plans in the future;

description of obligations/duties;

presentation of a book, film;

presentation of a person;

presentation of a product (advertisement);

description of social problems;
Assessment
Final examination, mid-term test and weekly assignments.
